How wierd is it that
111,111,111
x 111,111,111
= 12,345,678,987,654,321 ????
And think about this one:
A fully loaded supertanker travelling at normal speed takes at least twenty minutes to stop
I recently did a Defensive Driving course in Brisbane. It was expensive (maybe $170 for a day) but maaaan was it good!
I hope that the supertanker above was travelling far enough away from the car in front of it, being safe and keeping our roads their natural colour instead of staining them red. >:|
I tell you what: slamming on the brakes, spinning the car 180 degrees, feeling your control of the car instantly evaporate from your system, and then watching how wide your own mouth can open, as if from another person's point of view, as the car your in skids and slides, wheels lift up and screech, while there's nothing you can do about it... it's a freaky feeling and scares you stiff into obeying the road rules.
Its also pretty damn AWESOME too!!
Two things you can do with absolutely nothing:
* Try to not think about polar bears (Amusement Potential: 1-5 minutes) This is especially hard, because by trying too much, you remember what you were trying to avoid thinking of. If you try too little, you end up thinking about polar bears anyway.
* Scratch yourself (Amusement Potential: 1-3 minutes) Go ahead, scratch yourself now. Even if nothing itches, go ahead. Doesn't that feel pretty good?
